Current Practical Nurse license for the state of Oklahoma
Current BCLS and Pediatric First Aid with in 30 days of hire
MAB (Managing Aggressive Behavior) within 30 days of hire
Valid Driverâ€™s License issued by the State of Oklahoma (if applicable)

Graduate from an accredited practical nurse program.
