Must be licensed to operate in independent practice with board approved supervision status and have at least two years of experience providing supervision (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCADC).

The Clinical Supervisor is ultimately responsible for the daily supervision of all clinicians and clinical programming. This individual may delegate portions of these tasks to others, but ultimate responsibility and authority for compliance with the directions of the regulatory boards for clinical practice lies with this individual. Partners with the Executive Director to ensure clinical and operational excellence within the sites.

Schedule: Flexible Day and Evening Schedule. Must be willing to work some evenings

Principle responsibilities and tasks of the Clinical Supervisor

• Responsible for all clinical staffing processes, including interviewing, training, performance management/annual evaluations.
• Maintains compliance with CARF standards and state regulations.
• Leads weekly treatment team meetings, as well as group and individual supervision.
• Regularly reviews clinical documentation and performs chart audits, and initiates any necessary corrective measures. 
• Responsible for overall client satisfaction with clinic and clinic services.
• Provides direct patient care for 16-20 hours/week. 
• Ensures model fidelity within the sites.
• Leads the team in action steps to maintain KPI’s, specific to engagement, conversion, and length of stay.
• Other duties as assigned by the chief clinical officer.

Requirements

• Licensed to operate in independent practice with board approved supervision status (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCADC).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisory/ management in the human services.
• Familiar with state regulations and CARF standards.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years working with substance use disorders.
• Exhibits excellent written, oral, and computer skills.
• Able to provide guidance and oversight for staff in using Electronic Health Record.
• Knowledge of local community drug trends, the effects of the body and cognitive functioning of drugs of abuse, signs and symptoms of narcotic overdose, psychosocial implications of addictive disease, the process of addiction and treatment, social science, economic, legal and medical systems, HIV transmission, behavioral and emotional implications of addiction.
• Must be willing to work evenings
• Initiative to lead and be proactive in critical situations, keen problem solving and decision-making skills.
