About the PositionThis position will directly provide clinical intakes, as well as provide a full range of direct and indirect services to children, adolescents and their families within a framework of Recovery, Resiliency and Wellness. The therapist will facilitate our intake process in the community and schedule onsite for children, youth and families seeking to enter into services in CYF (Child, Youth & Family) Outpatient programs. Services may include individual psychotherapy, family therapy, case management services, assessment, treatment planning and coordination, resource identification and development, advocacy, and collateral support to assigned clients of the CYF Program. Ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team approach, according respect to others based on knowledge and experience as well as discipline. Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing is essential. Bilingual (Spanish preferred). Position RequirementsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities, Education and/or Experience:Master's degree in one of the Behavioral Sciences from an accredited program. 2+ years related experience working with children, adolescents, and families; or equivalent combination of education and experience Mental Health Professional, Child Mental Health Specialist status preferredCurrent Counselor Agency Affiliated RegistrationLicense in the State of Washington preferredCurrent Washington State Driver's License with proof of automobile insurance. Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
