Outpatient Behavioral Health located on the Concord, PA Campus is looking for a Part-time Office Assistant to join their team!
The Outpatient Behavioral Health is a team of behavioral-health professionals who offer comprehensive evaluation and treatment. We offer treatment and therapy for almost any problem related to emotional or mental health, including post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, relationship and family problems, bipolar disorder, issues of transition, loss and grief, and many more.
Answer phone/emails/powerchart messages
Schedule new patient appointments
Assist with scheduling ECTs and prior authorizations if needed
Check in/out patients in Soarian and RevCycle
Scan to HIMS
Prepare or make copies of patient documents (i.e. PHQ-9, new patient packets, practice consent forms)
Verify the completion of all paperwork
Knowledge, skill, and ability requirements:
Knowledge of insurance carriers
Preferred knowledge of ICD, CPT Codes & Medical Terminology
Knowledge of physician office systems and practices
Ability to work with computers
Education and experience requirements:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Experience in a medical office setting preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
