Description Under the administrative supervision of the Manager of Outpatient Services, the Clinical Supervisor plans, organizes, assigns, implements and evaluates all clinical care provided within the CHOICES Outpatient-PHP-Inpatient Programs. The Clinical Supervisor coordinates with the Manager of Outpatient Services and Nurse Manager all continuous quality improvement, utilization review, licensure and accreditation activities designed to meet regulatory standards for the assigned programs.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or the human services) or other related field
Three (3) years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency which includes one (1) year of working directly with the chemically dependent person
Certification Addiction Counselor (CAC) preferred
